Graduated with a master’s degree in labour and employment law and a law degree in Common law from the University of Paris II, Paul ROMATET started his professional career in 2011 in Lavallart Avocats Associés, before joining, in 2012, the Labor and Employment Law department of PROSKAUER ROSE LLP.

Then, in 2019, Paul ROMATET has joined MGG LEGAL.

Working in both French and English, Paul advises French and foreign companies in all aspects of labor and employment law, and in particular on collective employment issues involving unions and employee representative bodies (election processes, consultation of staff representatives, negotiation of collective agreements, collective redundancy plans). He also assists employers before labour and civil courts in collective and individual litigations, in cases relating to discrimination, harassment and termination of the employment contract.

His practice also encompasses advising his clients on social security and benefits matters. In this regard, he teaches in Social security and social protection Law at the University of Paris, Panthéon-Sorbonne.
