Marijke GRANIER-GUILLEMARRE started her career at Francis Lefebvre in 1997 and then worked in the Employment & Labour Law Departments of the English law firms, Clifford Chance and Denton Wilde Sapte. As from May 2005, she formed and headed the Labour and employment Law Department at the law firm Sarrau Thomas Couderc, where whe became partner in 2008.
She established MGG Legal firm in April 2010. She established the network Ellint in 2013.
Working in both French, German and English, Marijke provides advisory and litigation services on a day-to-day basis to companies on individual and collective employment matters. She has extensive experience in the employment aspects of corporate restructurings and employments relations in the scope of these operations. She provides assistance to French and foreign groups in relation to buyouts and sales of companies, reorganizations or to foreign companies wishing to set up business in France. Her main clients come from the industrial, transport, metallurgy, IT, tourism and financial sectors. She has gained considerable experience on employment matters in regulated state-owned companies.
Marijke also advises on preventing employment risks and directors’ liability as well as on optimising remuneration for directors.
She regularly lectures as part of the Law and Employment Relations Practices Masters at the University of Montpellier. She regularly publishes articles on labour and employment law.
She is a member of the following associations: AvoSial, Baretto and European Employment Lawyers Association.
