Louise holds a Master’s degree in General Private Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She began her professional career as an Assistant of Justice in a Labour chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal.

In 2010, she joined VOLTAIRE AVOCATS.

She mainly advises in the following areas:

  • Employee savings plan
  • Trade union rights
  • Collective bargaining and industrial relations

She also handles collective litigation.

She regularly teaches employment and labour law courses and she is a lecturer at the University of Lille II.
